Salary Range is:聽$150K-$230K annually聽

Job Description

The Finance / Sales Manager ensure that the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and its gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.聽 They are also responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Make a monthly projection of the vehicle requirements by department for the immediate 90-day sales period

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Sell Extended Warranties and all other aftermarket item

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Meet with each salesperson as early as possible every day to review yesterday鈥檚 results and today鈥檚 plan of action

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct sales meetings

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide on the job training for salespeople

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Handle all rate quotations

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. Establish and meet monthly objectives

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽The F&I Manager has a responsibility to log in sales income. Verify insurance with customers agents, obtain deposits, verify trade payoffs

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor

Qualifications

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽High school diploma or the equivalent

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Degree or commensurate experience in finance

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Previous professional sales experience

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Computer knowledge preferred

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Professional personal appearance

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent communication skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
