We are looking for an experienced, ambitious software developer who wants more than just writing code in isolation. This is an in‑office role. We are not hiring remote contractors or virtual-only developers. We want someone who will sit in the office, learn our business end‑to‑end, understand how our systems are actually used by real people, and help us build, fix, and improve internal platforms that drive operations.

What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and improve internal business systems using the Microsoft ecosystem
- Work extensively with Dataverse / Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365
- Design, fix, and optimize workflows that support real operational use
- Develop and refine Copilot Studio agents and AI‑assisted processes
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) confidently to speed up development and problem‑solving
- Work directly in the office with users to understand pain points and improve systems
- Proactively recommend smarter, cleaner, more scalable solutions
Must‑Have Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
- Microsoft Certified (Power Platform / Dynamics / Azure / M365 related)
- Strong experience with Dataverse & Dynamics
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI‑augmented workflows
- AI‑confident (Copilot, Claude, or similar tools used in real work—not just theory)
- Able and willing to work full‑time in office (this is not a remote role)
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently
