REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 2 years’ experience as a Mechanic is required.
  • Must be mechanically inclined with mechanical background and knowledge of various motors and engines.
  • Must be able to travel locally and regionally.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license with a moderately clean driving record.
  • Must be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Performs maintenance and repairs of pumps and other equipment in both the shop and in the field.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Trouble shoot all rental equipment for most efficient way to get equipment back online.
  • Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures.
  • Produce all required service tickets and/or documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Communicates with team for coordinating delivery and pickup of parts, equipment, and accessories.
  • Be an ambassador for safety, making sure all work is done in the safest manner.
  • Continuous growth of knowledge for all Company products, inventory, and delivery capabilities
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.
