As the Supply Center Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of professionals and work cross functionally to deliver mission-critical automation solutions across industries like pulp & paper, energy, marine, and other process sectors – ensuring a great variety of products and applications that will present new challenges for every workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery performance, resource planning, capacity planning, and operational excellence across production, warehousing, logistics, and system test.
  • Drive customer deliveries with high efficiency, meeting lead time and promise date requirements.
  • Lead the development of your team and foster a culture of quality, safety, and customer focus.
  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day production line operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality, HSE, and trade compliance standards are fully implemented while documented policies and procedures are followed.

  • Lead by example and empowers their team.
  • Is approachable, decisive, and skilled at delegation.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain, distribution, and manufacturing processes.
  • Thrives in an autonomous position, drives change and holds a high degree of accountability.
  • Is experienced using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software in manufacturing and distribution operations.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Excel, Power Bi).
  • Drives continuous improvement through the organization.
  • Build trust and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicates effectively in English (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum relevant experience: 4-5 years of supervisory experience.

Your success will be measured by:

  • On-time shipment and lead-time performance
  • Delivery process and end-to-end operational efficiency
  • Inventory Management – accuracy, turnover, and working capital efficiency
  • HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) targets

This role reports to the Manager, Owings Mills Supply Center and is part of the Automation Solutions Operations Team. The position is based in Owings Mills, MD, USA, with onsite attendance and limited travel required.
