Position Summary 


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry-level sales role and a critical first step into a career in sales, business development, and project management. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, generating new business opportunities, and setting up appointments for Account Executives. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, resilient, and eager to build foundational sales skills in a fast-paced environment. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling) 
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities  
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and other outreach methods  
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives  
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and activities in CRM systems  
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest  
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals  
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies 
  • Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

 Qualifications 

  • High school diploma is required 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Prior outbound calling, sales or customer service experience is preferred 
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills  
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is preferred  
  • Valid driver’s license is required
