SWAT Pest Control Technician (Mosquito & Tick Division)

No experience? No problem!

We have openings in our Owings Mills, Bel Air, and Glen Burnie branches, and we're on the lookout for multiple enthusiastic individuals to join our team as technicians providing service in the Greater Baltimore area. These awesome technicians handle the mosquito and tick division and we call them our "SWAT" team!

This is a great way to get into the pest control industry; don't worry if you're new to the field - all training is provided and fully paid! People who often enjoy this role like to work with their hands, be outside, and often come from backgrounds of being a mechanic, working in a grocery store, farming, or working with animals.

Job Responsibilities:

As a SWAT Technician, your duties will include:

• Communicating with customers to understand and address pest problems.
• Applying treatments to service locations according to scheduled protocols.
• Driving between customer locations.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills!
• Ability to problem-solve and address pest pressures.
• Attention to detail in identifying pest issues and entry points.
• Technical proficiency with handheld/smartphones, computers, etc.
• Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job.
