What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Providing effective customer service and sales support to internal and external customers.
• Utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, and systems.
• Working cross-functionally with various departments to support targeted initiatives.
• Assisting the sales team as an additional contact for order and shipping status.
