If you love hospitality, teamwork, and creating great vibes, we want to meet you!   WHAT YOU'LL DO Mix and serve cocktails according to recipes and standards Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready Assist servers and barbacks to ensure seamless service Complete opening, closing, inventory, and side work duties Help create a fun, welcoming rooftop experience for every guest   WHY RHYTHM & RYE? QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING Must be at least 21 years old High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred 1-2 years of Food & Beverage or Bartending experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Experience handling cash and operating POS systems preferred Knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Push or pull up to 150 pounds Stand and move for extended periods (up to 8-hour shifts) Work in varying weather conditions and noise levels Wear flat, closed-toe, non-slip shoes
