ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service/Office Manager with Rick Verst, State Farm Insurance and Financial Services, you will generate the kind of Remarkable customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.
  • Manage Team scheduling & payroll submission
  • Attain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Licensing
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
