Communicate & interact successfully with patients by telephone. Communicate & interact successfully with referring physicians and referring physicians’ offices by telephone. Perform insurance verification duties as necessary. Enter information regarding insurance into the computer system. Collect medical history from patient via phone interview. Schedule patient appointments and other procedures in the computer as needed. Verify &/or enter all patient demographic information in the computer system. Enter data in EMR. Maintain data regarding phone calls, faxes, etc. Maintain strict patient confidentiality.   The Must Haves Graduation from an approved LPN program. Must have active licensure and maintain licensure required. Membership in the state and/or national SGNA recommended. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.  Completed IV infusion therapy program required. Priority setting, application of judgment, communication skill and tact, ability to complete necessary tasks in reasonable time frames. Organizational skills. Qualifications
