At Trinity Management, LLC, we are committed to creating well-maintained communities where residents are proud to call home. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at New Orchard Hill Estates.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining the property's appearance, functionality, and safety while delivering exceptional service to our residents. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and experienced in apartment maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance and repair work involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, appliances, and general building systems

  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests

  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including inspections, repairs, and unit turnovers

  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure building systems and equipment operate efficiently

  • Assist with maintaining the property's common areas, grounds, and exterior spaces

  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues while ensuring quality workmanship

  • Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed

  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required

  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs completed, and materials used

  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and local building codes

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of residential, multifamily, or property maintenance experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • EPA Certification and HVAC experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience
