At Trinity Management, LLC, we are committed to creating well-maintained communities where residents are proud to call home. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at New Orchard Hill Estates.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining the property's appearance, functionality, and safety while delivering exceptional service to our residents. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and experienced in apartment maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities
Complete maintenance and repair work involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, appliances, and general building systems
Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including inspections, repairs, and unit turnovers
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure building systems and equipment operate efficiently
Assist with maintaining the property's common areas, grounds, and exterior spaces
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues while ensuring quality workmanship
Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs completed, and materials used
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and local building codes
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of residential, multifamily, or property maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
EPA Certification and HVAC experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits
$25.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience
