❤️ What You'll Do
As an MHRT, you'll support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses as they work toward living meaningful, fulfilling lives in their communities.
Your day might include:
⭐ Building positive relationships
⭐ Providing encouragement and emotional support
⭐ Assisting with daily living skills
⭐ Supporting community involvement and activities
⭐ Helping individuals achieve personal goals
⭐ Creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment

- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to attend required trainings and staff meetings
