Physical Therapist - Home Health

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Home Health Branch. This position involves providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes, in accordance with physician orders.

This role is performed under the direction and supervision of the Executive/Regional Director and plays a vital part in improving patient's quality of life and functional mobility. 

This position will provide services in our Brookhaven and Natchez service areas, including surrounding and outlying communities.
