JLM Wholesale, a Division of Lockmasters, is a leading national distributor of high-quality door hardware to the glass and glazing, contract hardware, and locksmith industries. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Staff to join our team at our Charlotte, North Carolina branch.

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory cycle counting. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, primarily using the UPS WorldShip System
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Collaborate with the JLM team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Provide excellent service and communication to internal teams and external customers

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations and order fulfillment is required
• Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse experience encouraged but not required
