Laborer / Compressor Operator

Rinvio is hiring Laborer / Compressor Operator candidates for full-time concrete cutting support work across Oxnard, Sylmar, and surrounding Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ventura County areas. Lead man and apprentice openings may be available depending on experience.

This role supports field crews by running compressor equipment, assisting with concrete cutting job setup, helping maintain safe and organized work areas, moving materials, and keeping production moving on active jobsites.

Concrete cutting or related construction experience is preferred. Candidates should have a clean driving record, be able to lift up to 90 pounds, and be able to pass a pre-employment physical. A Class A license, demolition experience, and forklift, boom lift, or scissor lift certifications are pluses.
