What You'll Do

As a Case Supervisor, you will:

Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision
Oversee services for clients
Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration
Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources
Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow and lead:

MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
(BCBA coursework units preferred)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements

Compensation & Benefits

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
