• Pay: $18.00-$21.00 Per Flat Rate Hour DOE

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
• Inspect vehicles for basic safety and maintenance needs
• Check and maintain tire pressure, battery condition, and fluid levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate findings to service advisors and technicians
• Assist senior technicians as needed

What You'll Bring

• Previous automotive experience required, 1+ Year
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Production Productivity.

The average pay range for this position is $18.00-$21.00 per Flat Rate Hour.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
