Compensation

Your Role

Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Provide OT services to short-term rehab & long-term care residents
Document progress and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements:

Active California or Arizona OT license (dependent upon assignment state)

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Strong communication & documentation skills
Ready to start ASAP
Must be authorized to work in United States without sponsorship.
