Job Summary:

We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and commercial setting.

You are an experienced residential and commercial painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques. Knowledge of operating spray machines a plus.
Interact professionally with clients on residential projects and with other trades on commercial projects.
Identify proper materials for new and existing projects
Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
Inspect paint jobs for quality
Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
Have own basic painting tools

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential and commercial painting
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
Possess OSHA certification or willing to obtain
