We’re recruiting on behalf of an IT implementation company’s new Call Center for FLUENT Spanish/English Customer Service & Technical Support Representatives.
This is a fully remote role supporting a 365-day, 24/7 call center. Recent Computer Science, IT, or related grads are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat in Spanish and EnglishÂ
- Greet customers, verify accounts, listen carefully, and show empathyÂ
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, and basic device issues (Level 1–2 support)Â
- Use tools such as Freshdesk, Sonar CRM and other internal systemsÂ
- Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAsÂ
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when neededÂ
What You Bring:Â
- Fluent Spanish & English (spoken and written)Â
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center/help desk preferred)Â
- Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet, Wi-Fi, devices).Â
- Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assisting customers)Â
- Professional, patient, and calm with upset or frustrated customersÂ
- Willing to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environmentÂ
- Must live in NY State or Florida (prefer close to Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area)Â
- Reliable wired internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspaceÂ
Pay & Schedule:
- Thursday through Monday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM with Tues. and Wed. off
- Saturday through Wednesday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM with Thurs. and Fri. off
