Bicycle Sales Associate
Location: Jen’s Cycles - 340 Robbins Lane, Syosset, NY 11791
Position Type: Full-timeÂ
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our busy bicycle shop. If you love bikes, enjoy helping people, and want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right bicycle, gear, and accessories for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shop environment
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions about products, services, and store information
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and keeping the sales floor organized
- Maintain general shop cleanliness, including basic cleaning and tidying of retail and customer areas
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Retail or sales experience is a plus
- Ability to learn about bicycles, components, and accessories
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Weekend availability preferred
