CENCO Claims is expanding its field coverage in the Ozarks and is seeking a Residential Property Claims Adjuster to support daily field assignments in Ozark, MO and surrounding areas. This field-based opportunity offers steady residential claim volume, flexible scheduling, and direct support from an experienced claims team.

Position Overview:

• Conduct on-site residential property inspections to assess loss and damage

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Collect detailed photo documentation and written summaries

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers throughout the claim process

• Submit organized and timely claim files that meet carrier guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software

• Understanding of residential property damage and repair processes

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Active Missouri or designated home state adjuster license
