In this role, you will: Work directly with children with IDD to develop positive behavior strategies. Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development. Make a lasting impact on the lives of these incredible children. QualificationsQualifications A patient, caring, and positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD. A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs. A high school diploma or equivalent. Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. Access to a reliable vehicle. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
