The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known healthcare organization in Blue Ridge; GA and we are seeking to hire a dependable EVS Floor Tech to join the medical care team.

As an EVS Floor Tech, you'll play an essential role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming hospital environment.

Your work directly supports exceptional patient care by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility, helping ensure the comfort and well-being of patients, visitors, and healthcare staff every day.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas
  • Clean, mop, buff, and wax floors using proper techniques
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment
  • Dispose of waste according to hospital policies and environmental regulations
  • Monitor and help maintain cleaning supply and equipment inventory
  • Report maintenance needs and safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

What We Are Looking For

Requirements:

  • Previous environmental services or custodial experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
