Reports To:Â Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a hard worker to do basic maintenance and repairs at apartment buildings.Â
Responsibilities:
- Change air filters and test smoke detectors.
- Do small plumbing and carpentry fixes (fix leaks, patch drywall).
- Walk through buildings to check for damage or safety issues.
- Use a company iPad to track what you fixed.
- Help clean up and prep vacant apartments.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of building maintenance, construction, or related trade experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate tablets and mobile applications
- Ability to follow NSPIRE and HQS protocols
- Subject to drug screening and background check
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and work in confined spaces
Work Environment
- Exposure to typical maintenance-related hazards (mechanical, chemical, environmental)
- Use of required PPE
- Work may involve deadlines and coordination across multiple properties
Employment Terms
- Seasonal appointment not to exceed nine (9) months
- May require alternate schedules or emergency response
- Work performed under general supervision
Priority will be given to current residents Paducah County residents.
