Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Outpatient/Inpatient

Overview

The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and growing ENT service. This is a full-time, hospital-employed role offering a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, strong clinical support, and a highly competitive compensation package.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed model
  

• 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
  

• Based at a regional medical center serving a multi-county area
  

• Call coverage: approximately 10 shifts per month
  

• Strong hospital support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
  

• Fully integrated EPIC EMR
  

• PSLF eligible and J-1 visa sponsorship available
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed first-year salary: $525,000
  

• Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (5-year) or $36,000 (3-year)
  

• Quality bonus up to 2.5%
  

• Relocation allowance up to $15,000
