Now Hiring: Recruiter – Paducah, KY

Pepsi MidAmerica, a proud family-owned company with over 85 years of community roots, is growing! We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Paducah, KY.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the hiring process from start to finish
• Partner with managers to fill open roles
• Post jobs, review applications, and conduct interviews
• Find candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Attend job fairs and help host hiring events
• Support both HR and Sales teams with recruiting and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Strong communication and people skills
• Familiarity with social media and networking for recruiting
• Understanding of basic HR practices and employment laws
• Sales or interviewing experience is a plus
