Job Description:
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) will be responsible for the examination and treatment of patients under the direct supervision of the physician or advanced practice clinician.
Duties include but not limited to the following: check in patients, obtaining vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, pulse oximetry, temperature) and medication reconciliation, patient medical history information, expediting patient flow, rooming patients, stocking clinic with supplies, navigating
electronic health record system (EPIC), and performing other non-clinical duties as needed.
