*This is a full-time position providing service in Pahrump!

Hospice Aide (CNA). Care with Heart, Presence, and Purpose. As the Hospice Aide (CNA), you will provide hands-on care to patients receiving end-of-life services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Your Impact

  • Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and linen changes
  • Assist with ambulation, positioning, range-of-motion exercises, and comfort measures
  • Observe patient condition, report changes, and document care accurately
  • Take and record vital signs when ordered and within competency
  • Use medical equipment safely and maintain a clean, comfortable home environment
  • Provide respite support for patients, families, and caregivers as needed

Requirements

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Hospice Aide certification in the State of Nevada
  • Current CPR certification
  • Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with end-of-life care
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Empathy, patience, and ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
