About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Medication Cues and reminders
- Assist with mobility
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid CNA or MA certification preferred
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation to clients' homes
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug test including Marijuana
- Flexible schedule, including possible days, evenings and weekends
