Physical Therapist Assistant
Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to support residents in achieving optimal physical function by assisting in the implementation of treatment plans designed to meet individualized therapy goals. This includes providing instruction on maintaining functional gains following discharge through patient education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modifications.
Education & Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate electronic health records and other clinical software systems.
