Job Description: The GIS/Drone Technology Department is seeking effective, collaborative, and enthusiastic adjunct faculty to teach courses in the Geographic Information Systems Certificate program. Adjunct faculty should be committed to teaching GIS concepts, technologies, and applied geospatial skills at the community college level.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop course materials, deliver instruction to a diverse range of students, and support student learning in GIS software, spatial data management, cartography, spatial analysis, and remote sensing. Teaching assignments may include introductory GIS courses as well as more advanced courses depending on departmental need and the candidate’s qualifications.
