Front Desk Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check patients in and check patients out
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect payments and review treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Help create a positive, 5-star patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a medical or dental office preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional communication
