Birch Agency is seeking dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapists to support students across K5 and middle school settings in District 15 area schools. All openings require inperson services only.
Position #1 K5 Autism Support (Palatine & Rolling Meadows)
Ideal for candidates seeking a consistent weekly schedule.
This role primarily supports K5 students with autism and involves direct treatment, collaboration, and participation in IEP planning.
Schedule:
4 days/week Palatine K5 | 8:15 AM3:15 PM
1 day/week Rolling Meadows K5 | 8:15 AM3:15 PM
Highlights:
Serve students within structured autism-support programs
Work collaboratively with teachers and related service providers
Provide assessments, interventions, and documentation
Position #2 MultiSite Assignment (Hoffman Estates & Palatine)
Great fit for parttime candidates.
A highly experienced COTA may be considered pending district approval.
Schedule:
1.5 days Middle School, Hoffman Estates | 7:15 AM2:15 PM
1.5 days Palatine K5 | 8:15 AM3:15 PM
2 days Hoffman Estates K5 | 8:15 AM3:15 PM
