Key Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine checks on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure they run efficiently. Repairs: Fixing broken items, including walls, flooring, locks, windows, and light fixtures. Infrastructure Maintenance: Painting, cleaning, and landscaping, including, but not limited to, sidewalk, fence, and rooftop maintenance. System Diagnostics: Inspecting control panels, and mechanical systems to identify and troubleshoot issues. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work meets safety standards, including fire safety inspections. Documentation & Inventory: Maintaining maintenance logs, recording tasks completed, and ordering supplies.
