We are hiring a Front-of-House Bakery Associate. The Front-of-House Bakery Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting daily bakery operations. This position includes assisting customers, preparing beverages, packaging bakery products, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash and card payments.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to bakery standards.
- Package breads, pastries, and other bakery products carefully for customers.
- Assist customers with product questions.
- Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked product displays.
- Clean and organize the front counter, dining area, beverage station, restrooms, and customer areas.
- Perform daily opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
- Restock supplies, packaging materials, and front-of-house items as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily bakery operations. Â
- Must be able to handle money and cash registers (will train)
This position is temp to perm with full-time opportunity for the right candidate
Schedule: 5am to 1:30pm, will vary depending on shifts, weekends mandated
Pay: $16-$17/hr. plus tips
