Care Staff and Medical Technicians (Part-Time) – 


Join our welcoming team at our beautiful Grand Villa of Palm Bay, where we prioritize providing exceptional care in a serene and scenic environment. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Staff and Medical Technicians to support our residents and guests during the 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift. This part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a picturesque setting while making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Flexibility to work some rotation weekends is required.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance to residents or guests, including mobility support, hygiene, and daily living activities

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare standards

- Monitor and document residents’ or guests’ health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare team

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with facility policies

- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care and support

- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related fields preferred

- Certification as a Medical Technician or relevant healthcare qualification preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work some rotation weekends

- Basic knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent required
