DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Commercial Education located in United States of America, Florida.
The Commercial Education Manager will help design and deliver a strategic, outcomes-focused Commercial Education program that equips sales representatives to confidently sell the value of our portfolio across Joints platform (Knee, Hip, Shoulder), including Enabling Technologies like VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solutions and win against key competitors. This role will serve as subject matter expert with deep procedural knowledge and combines strategy and hands-on execution: helping build and deliver curricula focused on clinical concepts, knowing Surgical Techniques, Implants and Technologies, coaching field teams on competitive positioning, aligning with clinical and commercial stakeholders, and measuring impact on product adoption to drive business growth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and DePuy Synthes procedures and guidelines, this position is responsible for:Â
Competitive intelligence, messaging and training deliveryÂ
• Deliver live training, case studies, and blended learning events (pre-work, in-person, virtual, reinforcement) that focus on safe and effective use of company’s portfolio, competitive positioning, objection handling, and value articulation.Â
• Train sales consultants on clinical and selling competencies so that they can take surgeons on a learning journey for Joints portfolio.Â
• Manage all logistics for in-field trainings including on site preparation, procurement of training equipment, shipping and other associated activities. Ensure required levels of equipment and operating supplies are always in stock.Â
Change management & adoptionÂ
• Drive adoption of new sales behaviors through reinforcement programs, leader enablement, and performance support materials.Â
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and local sales leaders to reinforce desired behaviors and maximize training effectiveness that delivers business growth.Â
Collaboration & stakeholder managementÂ
• Partner with fellow team members, field sales, professional education SMEs, marketing and other stakeholders to gain strategic alignment and select course formats, target audiences, and delivery windows.Â
• Act as the operational liaison between sales, education, marketing, strategic capabilities and support and external vendors.Â
• Communicate program schedules, requirements, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.Â
Certification managementÂ
• Accountable for end-to-end certification process: registration, attendance, credential issuance, and maintenance/recertification tracking.Â
• Help maintain accurate certification records and reporting in the LMS or credentialing system.Â
Others:
• Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management levelÂ
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.Â

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:Â
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field Â
• 5 years of Joints Reconstruction experience in marketing, sales, or clinical educationÂ
• Strong clinical expertise in joint arthroplastyÂ
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to self-direct and self-governÂ
• Ability to collaborate and lead across functions, job levels, and a matrix organizationÂ
• Experience leading projects or initiativesÂ

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
102,000 USD - 204,000 USDAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
