K&M Waterproofing & Caulking, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Roofing Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and high-end residential waterproofing and restoration projects throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities

Install roof waterproofing and coating installations
Prepare and clean roof surfaces for waterproofing applications
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Apply waterproofing products under the direction of supervisor
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Perform other labor duties as assigned

Requirements

Roofing or construction experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working at heights
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license is a plus
