What You’ll Do:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including renovations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
  • Inspect apartments and common areas to ensure the community is well-maintained
  • Handle emergency repairs and maintain maintenance equipment and vehicles
  • Move furniture, replenish water softener salt, change filters, and repair various machines
  • Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies
  • Report any signs of potential abuse or neglect immediately
  • Attend mandatory in-service training sessions

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in renovations (required)
  • Trade school degree (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions
  • Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with the team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
