Job Title: Experienced Roofing & Home Solutions Sales Representative

Location: Tampa / St. Petersburg area

Job Type: Full-time — W2 (Salary + Benefits + Commission) OR Commission-Only

Position Summary:

SunVena is seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to drive the full sales cycle for our Roofing, Solar, HVAC, and Water Filtration solutions in the Tampa Bay area. Leveraging proprietary permit data and smart lead targeting, you will conduct professional in-home consultations to deliver tailored upgrades. You will collaborate seamlessly with the operations team to ensure exceptional project outcomes and maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the full sales cycle for a diverse product portfolio, including Roofing, Solar, HVAC, and Water Filtration systems.
• Utilize proprietary permit data and smart lead targeting tools to identify aged roofing systems and high-probability opportunities.
• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through self-generated leads in addition to managing company-provided appointments.
• Leverage professional sales software for accurate quoting, high-impact presentations, and efficient contract closing.
• Conduct professional in-home consultations to assess homeowner needs and provide comprehensive protection and upgrade recommendations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project handoff and maintain SunVena's high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door-to-door or in-home sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a roofing sales background.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to an honest, customer-first sales approach.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, confidence, and a drive to achieve high-performance results.
• Strong work ethic and a coachable attitude, ready to adapt to SunVena's multi-product playbook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.
• Successful completion of a background check is a mandatory requirement for employment.
