About The Role

The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to assist the Operations/Rooms Manager with overall property condition, oversee all duties performed by the housekeeping staff, responding to guest requests/work orders, coordinating vendor projects and improving the overall aesthetics of the property.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Assign daily tasks, inspect completed work, and provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to maintain room readiness and property standards.
  • Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and developing housekeeping team members.
  • Conduct routine room inspections, deep-cleaning programs, and lost-and-found procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must exhibit good judgment while performing under pressure.
  • Must be dedicated to our goal of providing superior guest experiences.
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.

Job Position: Full time.
