Bella Terra Home Health and Hospice of the Desert is growing and seeking a compassionate Junior Marketer interested in building a career in home health and hospice marketing. This role is perfect for someone with healthcare experience who wants to learn referral development, community outreach, and brand growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support senior marketers with visits to physicians, hospitals, and referral partners
- Help schedule appointments, prepare materials, and document outreach
- Assist at community events, health fairs, and educational activities
- Gather market data and support marketing reports
- Draft follow-up emails and maintain referral contact lists
- Support promotional efforts, branding activities, and community engagement
- Learn home health and hospice services, eligibility criteria, and industry processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- 1+ year of healthcare experience; marketing experience a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn
