Job Description-
- Manage daily on-site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide progress reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and costs, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate clear communication with clients and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- Identify the appropriate general contractors (GCs) for project execution from a pool of options.
- Define the scope of work and negotiate costs after evaluating multiple quotations.
- Set project objectives and oversee the entire project lifecycle, tracking progress and assignments.
- Coordinate with the general contractor to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, hardware, and components required for project tasks.
- Collaborate with the logistics department to monitor and manage furniture and material deliveries from India Production to US project sites.
- Engage with vendors, address their concerns, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
- Ensure accurate and consistent documentation for both management and client reporting.
- Provide guidance and instructions to workers on daily tasks.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, team leads, and design teams to maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead weekly and daily scrums at project sites with clients and general contractors.
- Handle escalations in line with the established escalation matrix

Necessary Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Candidates having experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred. Interior Design and Build will also be a plus
