We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team with a salary range of $95-135K per year.
The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout while maintaining project schedules and resource allocation.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or extensive experience in construction management, particularly in supervising higher education or science and technology projects.
Strong familiarity with construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam, as well as leadership and negotiation skills, are essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will be deadline and detail-oriented, safety-minded, and OSHA 10/30 certified.

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team!

Pay: $95-135K per year

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from preconstruction to closeout.
Allocate resources for assigned projects and maintain project schedule.
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors and make sure all safety protocol is followed through life of the project.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs and timely services.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, certification, or extensive previous experience in construction management or other related fields. Specifically experience in supervising higher education or science and technology projects.
Strong familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, & Scheduling software
Strong leadership qualities & negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Safety minded and OSHA 10/30 certified.
