 What You’ll Be Doing
- Support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities
- Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and bathroom needs
- Engage clients in activities: walking, reading, games, computer projects
- Prepare meals and assist with cleanup
- Follow client routines and IPP plans
- Transport clients using company vehicles (if needed)
Qualifications
Required
- DSP I & II certifications
- 3+ years experience with developmental or mental health disabilities
- Valid driver’s license
- Age 21+ with clean driving record (no more than 2 points in 3 years)
- Willing to complete RBT certification within 12 months
Preferred
- CPR/First Aid
- CPI certification
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work indoors/outdoors in all weather
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Background check
- Physical exam
- All compliance screenings
 Work Location
- One on-site location
- No remote work
