Job Description:

As a Line Cook, you’ll assist in creating menu items and ensuring guests are presented with a meal they can’t receive elsewhere. What You'll Do

• Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
• Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals
• Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
• Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
• Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience working as a line cook
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, open kitchen environment
• Experience working in a fine dining or upscale establishment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient knife skills
