Human Resources Business Partner

Description

Seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Flight Operations organization in Palmdale. This highly visible position will partner with managers and executive leadership while supporting approximately 300 to 400 exempt and non-exempt employees. The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on leadership in employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce insights, compensation programs, and organizational effectiveness.

This is a Permanent position based out of Palmdale, CA.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
