Environmental and Mass Tort Litigator


A leading firm in this space is hiring a mid-level associate for its Environmental and Mass Tort Litigation team in Los Angeles. This group has been defending major corporations in high-exposure matters for more than three decades and is consistently recognized by Chambers and Legal 500.
Role Summary
You will work on environmental disputes, product liability cases, coordinated mass tort matters, class actions and complex medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. The team is nationally integrated, giving associates access to work across state and federal courts.
Candidate Profile
• 5–6 years of litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills
• Judicial clerkship preferred
• California Bar required
• Ability to manage discovery, draft motions and handle depositions with partner oversight
